Toho Movie has released a new trailer of『しん次元！クレヨンしんちゃんTHE MOVIE 超能力大決戦 ～とべとべ手巻き寿司～』(New Dimension! Crayon Shin-chan the Movie Super-Powered Climactic Battle: Soaring Hand-Rolled Sushi), the first 3D CG anime of its well-known IP, Caryon Shin-chan.
The trailer highlights footage from the project's original pilot film, previews the story in which the title kindergartener Shin-chan gains super powers from outer space and stands up when destruction, chaos, ranting try to rule all over Japan.
The trailer reveals the airing date of the film, which will be on August 4th (Friday) by National Toho.
As the 31st film, following the 30th, Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Mononoke Ninja Chinpūden, that opened in Japan in April 2022 in the Crayon Shin-chan franchise, it took the team seven years to make from the planning stages.
